So this week has not been easy. Eating 6 cookies a day, then eating 6 ounces of lean protein and 2 servings of veggies- eewww. I've probably eaten more veggies this week than I have in my whole life. Crazy. But I pretty much stuck to the diet and didn't cheat. I did have a few dill pickles, but those are ok. I think the hardest was when Mike made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or slice of pizza. OHHHHH- I just had to make him let me smell it! I never really felt hungry even though I'm only eating 800 calories a day, the hardest part is actually eating the veggies. I know I sound like I'm 2 but they are really grody. :)
So I drove into my weigh in this morning, took off my shoes and stepped on the scale. And I'm down 3.5 pounds. Not too shabby for 1 week. Keep sending prayers this week I can stick to this.
