Ok this week was a little rough for me-
I cheated twice this week which wasn't good for me, but I also was getting bored. It's hard when you are used to eating Mexican food then Italian then hamburgers- you have a variety. I just haven't had that. I'm so limited on the veggies that I eat and besides chicken and fish, there isn't a lot more lean protein I can eat.
I was able to try the shakes this week- 1 shake will equal 2 cookies so I'm anxious to try it and have something different!
I still lost 2.8 pounds and that is pretty good. My pants are all starting to be baggy on me and I've had to wear a lot of skirts. There is no point in buying new clothes now so I have to deal with it but it's a nice feeling!
I go to see the doctor on Saturday for my next monthly check and they'll be able to check my BMI to see how much lower that got. That should be exciting!!!
Weight loss this week: 2.8 pounds
Total loss:10.1 pounds

I know it sounds unappealing, but have you considered tofu? You can make some awesome stir-frys with fresh veggies! :-)
congrats!! That is so awesome!
Thanks Karen for the idea- I've never had it before, may try that. I did have some Turkey burgers and those are pretty good actually! :)
