So I had a rare opportunity to take some photos at Ron and Mary's wedding last Saturday. They got married at the Firebird International Raceway Time Trials. This is something that both Ron and Mary love and wanted to share it with their closest friends. I will admit this wasn't anything like I have ever seen, and I grew up on drag racing. I'm sure in my dad's eye this was the best wedding EVER! :) It was Saturday morning and was a small quiet ceremony, you know except for the top fuel dragsters reving up their engines in the pits. This couple were really in love and I really had a good time. After a little bit of dancing and some cake sharing the couple and their friends walked up and down the pits and stayed to watch the races.

Tony Schumacher who is the 2004, 2005 and 2006 Top Fuel Dragster Champion actually came to their wedding reception. That was a huge highlight for me, I even got 2 pictures taken with him. (My dad was so jealous.) So enjoy the photos, and always remember it doesn't matter where you get married, as long as you two love each other that is all the matters.
